CBW series soil stabilizing mixer adopts industry process computer for control, provided with the features of strong suitability to material, lot of proportioning kinds, any high-level road and airport, etc.

Major features:

1. compulsive mixer has no liner plate, which reduced such faults as blade wearing or material jammed and no need to change liner plate frequently.

2. the control system consists of weighing sensor, frequency converter and computer with powerful anti-interference, which can make continuous dynamic weighing on carious materials respectively to make more even output and more precise proportioning.

The upper-level computer of industry  process computer has power management function with soft user interface and good human-machine dialogue function, which can storage the proportioning and output data and output the printed statistical report, provide the strong support for on-the-spot management,dispatch and monitor and increase the automation level and reliability of whole machine.
